  • Provides automated and correlated system alerts and notifications to customer on the cloud and system health and availability issues with minimal false alarm, thus ensuring cost-effective and responsive CloudOps and SysOps operations.
  • Web, Mail and DNS services availability and response time monitoring to ensure full visibility of the services that potential disrupt the web application services availability.
  • Application Performance Management (APM) feature that provides the monitoring and detailed analysis of critical application services’ transaction and response time, request throughput, and transaction errors.
  • Integrated with IT Service Desk for efficient and responsive Incident Management practices, supported by CloudOps and SysOps specialists in analyzing and responding to incident. Our team operates based on the proactive and preventive approaches to detect system health anomalies and proactively engage with customer on the system capacity management to prevent the unexpected system performance and availability issues.
  • Supported by our Incident Response Analyst to engage with customer in the investigation of application performance issues and to provide advisory and recommendation for performance improvement.
